The lost in a narrow
1 - 0 defeat away to Ketton Juniors. Thrapston away blues!
Another good battling performance in the rain but an early
booking to a Thrapston player marked the way the official
was going to run the game. Thrapston showed some good play
at the back, holding their own throughout the the first half.
The second half was evenly played, but some indifferent referring
decisions made it hard work for the away side. Then, once
again the team gave away an easy goal and despite having chances
to score could not hit the back of the net. Substitute Ben
Purdy went the closest and Tom Allen narrolly missed with
a header. Also Dan Marsh missed a good opportunity when he
placed the ball into the goal keepers hands. The final score
1 - 0 to Ketton Juniors.
