scorer still absent through sickness, Thrapston could only
manage a 1 - 1 draw, with Sam Gallagher getting their goal.

The had a convincing
win over Aztec Braves, with Paul Spicker scoring his first
goals of the season. Carlos Lewis, Kyle Fox and Jack Rawcliffe
got the others. Final score 0 - 5.
The completed the
double over Finedon Vics, winning 5 -2. Both sides had chances
in the first half, but it was Finedon that broke the deadlock
with a goal following some poor defending. Another defensive
blunder allowed the visitors to double their score, before
Michael Cooke scored from a Matt Wright cross. Half time 1
- 2. Thrapston pressed straight from the break with Keiran
Moor levelling the score with an excellent wide-angled shot
& 10 minutes later Matt Wright scored to make it 3 - 2.
Within two minutes the lead was extended with a goal by Craig
Mattingley. With the wind against them Finedon, just couldn't
get out of their own half, and just before the final whistle
Josh Wesby made the game safe with a goal. Final score 5 -2.
The put up a good
fight, but were finally knocked out of the Burton Cup by Ise
Lodge, with Leo Adams scoring their only goal. Final score
4 - 1.

The lost away at Earls
Barton. Thrapston were made to pay for missing some early
chances and went in 2 - 0 down at half time. Further chances
were missed early in the second half before Earls Barton started
to dominate and went a further two goals ahead. Chris Meadway
and Sam Gough managed to get Thrapston back into the match
with a goal apiece. Earls Barton then finished off the game
after some hotly disputed offside goals were allowed to stand.
The The under 14's
gained their second win in two weeks with an impressive win
over Irchester. Thrapston went in at half time 5 –1
up thanks to a hat trick from Sam Alcock and a pair from Jake
Wesby. Irchester scored early in the second half but Jake
Wesby added to his tally to make another hat trick. Final
score 6 – 2.
The eased through
their match away at Hungate Rovers. In the first half Thrapston
controled the game completely with their goalie touching the
ball twice in 35 mins. The away side had Ben & Tom Purdy
finding the new followed by Marc Harrison. 3-0 at half time.
The second half started immediately a goal from Tom Purdy
in 21 seconds, and soon continued to dominate the game with
some good movement on the ball. Thrapston were passing the
ball around well, with Aiden Cowell scoring from 18yds. Thrapston
continued to make chances but couldn't finish until Aiden
scored again from a deflection off the keeper. Against the
run of play Rovers then scored a very simple goal but it didn't
stop the onslaught. Thrapston maintained their shooting bananza
but kept missing time and time again. Finally David Pooley
hit the target for the first time in his career to make the
final score 1-7.
