The under 11's
were beaten at Weekley Rovers 3 - 0. Weekley pressurised from
the off, scoring after 5 minutes, but then kept the home side
at bay with some stout defending until shortly before half
time they scored again. Thrapston had a couple of chances
against the run of play, but couldn't finish. Half time 2
- 0. Second half saw Thrapston try to close the gap, but Weekley
were solid throughout and soon increased their lead. Jedd
Whiteman and Keiran Moore both had chances towards the end
but couldn't finish. A fair result against a good side. Final
score 3 - 0.
