within 5 minutes of the start of the match, following a corner
but from then on Thrapston dominated, but couldn’t finish
their chances. Half time 1 – 0. The second half continued
in the same manner, with Vicarage Farm struggling to get out
of their half. The equaliser came half way through the second
period, with a good passing move from Jedd Whiteman to set
up Keiran Moore to score. Further pressure from the away side
led to the winner 10 minutes before the end, with Jedd Whiteman
again the provider, a scramble in the goal mouth, and Jedd
on hand to fire in the loose ball. The score line flattered
Vicarage Farm, with the Thrapston keeper only having to make
one save all match. Good performances from Craig Mattingley
in midfield and Josh Wesby on the left saw Thrapston get the
all the points.

Youth were beaten 1 - 5 at home by Higham Town with Michael
Smith getting the Thrapston goal.
The
clinched the third spot in their final game thanks to an outstanding
team performance throughout winning 0 - 5 away at Hellenic
Youth. Keiran Moore opened the scoring with a solo run from
his own half, and Thrapston maintained control for the rest
of the half without adding to their tally. The second half
saw Jedd Whiteman score shortly after the restart, followed
5 minutes later by Keiran Moore’s second. Jedd Whiteman
made the game safe after volleying a Keiran corner with the
Hellenic defence static for his 48th goal of the season. Keiran
Moore completed his hat trick in the last 10 minutes after
some good passing and to end his season’s tally with
39 goals. A fine performance throughout, with Ryan Gavin,
Josh Wesby and George Gardener solid at the back. Final score
0 - 5.

game against Finedon Vics was postponed.
The
were beaten 0 - 3 at home to Rushden Rangers. Thrapston gave
two goals away in the first 10 minutes through defensive errors.
A poor performance all match saw Rushden finish winning 0
– 3.
The
easily overcame a nine-man Cottingham side 8 - 3. Thrapston
kept up the pressure at the top with a 8 - 3 win over Cottingham.
The away team battled well but three goals from Russell Vallerious,
two from Darrel Smith, two from Daniel Lynch and one from
Robert Hanson ensures Thrapston won.
The lost 0 - 11 at home to Earls Barton.
The
lost their final game of the season 0 - 2 at home to Ise Lodge.
Two goals in the first 15 minutes from Ise Lodge gave them
a good lead. Thrapston battled well and matched the awy side
in the second half but couldn't get through their defence.
