The Under 12's lost
0 - 6 at home to Finedon Youth. Thrapston were 0 - 1 down
after five minutes, despite a couple of early chances by the
home side. Finedon pressured throughout the first half and
scored two quick goals shortly before the break. Thrapston
couldn't take advantage of the strong wind behind them in
the second half, the Finedon keeper clearing his lines well.
Thrapston conceded a further three goals to make the final
score 0 - 6.
The Under 13's won
5 - 2 at home to Wooton. A hard fought game in very difficult
conditions with Thrapston getting on top in the first half
- goals from Daniel Lynch, Johnny Lawrence, Daryl Smith and
Fraser Talbot gave Thrapston a 4 -1 lead at half time. An
evenly fought second half gave Thrapston victory with another
goal from Daryl Smith. Final score 5 - 2.
The Under 14's lost
2 -1 away at Earls Barton with Chris Meadway getting Thrapston's
only goal.
