The lost
away at Earls Barton Green 7 - 1. In a one-sided match Earls
Barton took control early on and dominated the half scoring
four goals, with Thrapston rarely troubling the Barton defence.
The second half saw Thrapston defend more resolutely, notably
Rob Cunningham at right back, for 20 minutes before the team
allowed a further three goal's to go in. Ryan Gavin scored
a consolation goal direct from a free kick on the stroke of
full time. Final score 7 - 1.
27/4/04 - The
played their final game of the season away at Ise Lodge and
lost 4 - 0. Despite the differerence in league positions,
Thrapston matched Ise for the first 15 minutes of the game,
but two quick goals made the half time score 2 - 0 to the
home side. In the second half, Thrapston continued to battle
well restricting Ise chances. In the final 10 minutes, Ise
were gifted two soft goals to mak ethe final score 4 - 0.
The won
2 - 0 at home to Isham Cobras. A hard fought, entertaining
game with the first half goalless. In the second half Thrapston
dominated, but only a fine save by James Watts kept it at
0 - 0. Two goals in the last 15 minutes by Daniel Lynch and
Daryl Smith gave Thrapston the points.
28/4/04 - The
easily beat Corby Ravens away 0 - 11. A dominating performance
by Thrapston gave them a resounding victory with five goals
in the first half and the other six in the second. Fraser
Talbot led the way with three goals. Daniel Lynch and Cory
James scored two each and goals from Tom Whiting, Johnnie
Lawerence, Adam Hope and Daryl Smith completed the scoring.
