The lost
1 - 3 to Aztec Braves.
A good game for everyone this week, the Hurricanes battling
hard and applied pressure when they could.
Thrapston started well although Harry Doubleday had to be
alert in goal as the Braves came close to scoring a couple
of times. Half time 0 - 0.
The second half started badly, and Thrapston went further
behind , but a goal from John davies gave back the Hurricanes
their confidence, and the pressured the Aztec goal with everything
they had. Unfortunately, this effort was too late and the
final score ended up 1 - 3.
Manager's Note: So another defeat, but the team will get
there, as today the side played better and kept their shape
more in this game. A win is not far away.
