The lost
0 -3 to Grange United
Hurricanes took to the field missing four regulars and unfortunately
after half time this told.
Thrapston started very well creating a few chances, Ryan
Reynolds going close on a couple of occasions. Both teams
were evenly matched and Thrapston were unlucky to goin at
half time 0 - 1 down.
The second half started well and the Hurricanes again attacked
hard, although they didn't have their shooting books on. As
the game progressed Thrapston became very tired, and with
only one substitute there was little that could be changed
to help out the side. Two more goals went in but a 0 - 3 result
was not a fair reflection on the game. The team deserved more.

Manager's Note: This was a good game we could have won. The
boys did tire quickly but this could have been down to the
flu bug about at the moment. Looking forward to playing Grange
again, only this time we'll win!
