Manager's thoughts!
Another game, another loss, Thrapston had chances in the
game but the team didn't play the football they had in the
last few matches. The team was weak in defence with them jumping
in too early to tackle, and their positional sense went out
of the window. So all in all for the first time this season
I will say I was disappointed!
Plenty of friendlies to come so the lad's still have a chance
of finding that elusive win.
Team: Davies, Doubleday, Morton, Godfrey, Evetts, Palmer,
Durrant, Reynolds, Lovelock.
Manager's note: Not a nice way to end our season, but in
most matches we have fought very hard, and deserved a lot
more! The boys must be given a pat on the back, as they all
have come on this season. Well done.
