The Under 14's lost their penultimate
game of the season 3 - 1 away at Weekley Rovers. Another game
of what might have been, as Thrapston should have been 2 or
3 goals up by half time after Danny Lynch gave them an early
lead. Unfortunately the rub of the green went against the
away side and a hotly disputed penalty awarded to Weekley
levelled the game at the interval. Further decisions went
against Thrapston in the second half, including an offside
not given leading to the home side's second. Soon after they
added their third to leave Thrapston without anything to show
for their early dominance.
