The Under 11's game
against Boro Alliance Lions was postponed due to the weather.
The Under 12's game
against Earls Barton was postponed due to Barton playing in
the County Cup.
The Under 13's game
against Hellenic Fisher was postponed due to the weather.
The Under 14's played
Welland Valley in the County Cup and narrowly lost 1 - 0 after
extra time. A cracking game worthy of a final with no side
deserving to lose. A gallant effort by both teams with very
few chances being created, the defenders coming out on top.
Thrapston missed a couple of chances in both halves with Daryl
Smith and Andrew McConnell going close. The second half of
extra time decided the game with a header from the Welland
centre forward two minutes from the end winning the game.
The Under 15's game
against Grammarians was postponed due to the weather.
The Under 16's beat
Wilby Pumas 0 - 2 away. Ross Smith opened the account after
three minutes and Tobi Looker scored a 30-yard cracker just
before half time. Thrapston failed again to add to their tally
in the second half despite dominating and several changes
went begging as Wilby defended well.
