Thrapston Town 4 - Hellenic Fisher 7
The match started well enough for Thrapston,
going a goal up after fourteen minutes, good play by Wright
finished off by Ryan Caller. Unfortunately Hellenic equalised
five minutes later and then began to control the match scoring
a further three goals before the break. Half time 1 - 4.
The second half started well after a strong
team talk, Caller scored his second and Hellenic were looking
worried. Goals from both sides made the last 15 minutes very
exciting, Thrapston pulling the score back to 4 - 5. In the
end Hellenic were too strong and they ran out 4 - 7 winners.
