So we come to the last game of the season,
Higham Colts vs Thrapston Town Juniors Under 8 Yellows. Starting

We made quite a subdued start considering this would be our
last game of the season and soon found ourselves a goal down
from a corner,1-0. Max and Scott kept trying to break down
a good Higham defence, and after a spell of continued pressure,
Scott crossed and Max made it 1-1.However we then continued
to miss a series of chances. Charlie came on for Joe and started
to make some good runs down the left hand side.Joe came back
on for Kyran and we continued to press the Higham defense.
Half time 1-1.
2nd Half.
Harry on for Scott, Lucaas on for Joe.
The 2nd Half was very even, with Higham coming back into the
game, but we still looked the more likely winners.However
try as we might, we couldn't force a winner. Final Score 1-1.
A close game to finish.A shame we couldn't end with a win
in what has been a very good season for us.

Well done to everybody.We have played some great football
this season and if we continue to progress playing as we are,we
