Thrapston started the game brightly and played some lovely
football, all that was missing was that clinical finish, however
after 8 minutes a ball laid back to Jamie Gambrell was superbly
finished to put Thrapston one up. Thrapston had all of the
play and possession, but it was only just before half time
that we went two up after Matthew Smith eventually finished
off a good move.
Kicking up hill seemed to suit Thrapston and it was not long
until we were three up when Man of the Match, Connor Ryan
broke away and scored neatly, beating the keeper at the near
post, Thrapston never let up and a further goal by Connor
Ryan and two by Declan Ward ensured that Thrapston continued
there winning ways.
