Four goals in the first 10 minutes with Reece
Evans taking 2, Paul Spicker with the first of a hat trick
and Carlos Lewis scoring the others put Castle Rise under
pressure from the off. Jordan Ward (MOM) and Jack Rawcliffe
created space out wide throughout the game splitting the opposition
time and again. Paul Spicker’s second goal came from
just such a move by Jack.
A long through ball from Centre Back Ryan Kirk saw Jack Rawcliffe
hit the target after several previous attempts thwarted by
Castle Rise’s Keeper with the first half ending 0-6.
Callum Vorley opened the scoring in the second half picking
up on a loose ball from the keeper after a Reece Evans shot
was stopped to repeat the move for his second goal after the
keeper again failed to hold a shot from Jordan Ward. The next
seven minutes saw four more goals from Reece Evans, Paul Spicker,
Haydn Jons and a well executed header by Ryan Kirk from a
Paul Spicker corner. Reece took his fourth just before the
whistle to make it 0-13.
