This was another great game to watch this week, a game which
ended 1-1, but a game that we could well have won.
Star striker Peter continued his excellent scoring record with a well taken first
half goal.
Kyle & Peter were combining nicely again with some very skillful passing
moves.
John was at his very best in defense again, & a very strong composed performance
from Dominic as he gains more & more confidence with each game.
Half time, 1-0.
The Burton boys came at us in the second half but Aiden & Dom were always
in the right place to clear any danger.
Tom & Fergus were also combining well with great attacking moves up front
with both players unlucky not to score 2 or 3 themselves.
But it was a lucky shot from Burton that went in off the post that decided the
final result of this game.
We had chances to win but with the ground very hard, it seemed as though the
ball was always rolling away from our attackers.
Unlucky not to win, but a great all round performance yet again.
