Excellent performance by all. In difficult conditions
and against a strong Finedon side we played the best
90 minutes of the season. It all happened in the second
half. Chris Meadway finishing with aplom to give us the
lead. A shocking decision by the referee lead to a Finedon
penalty to level. Then Ben Allington smashed the ball
in to retake the lead. Finedon again came back to level.We
continued to probe Finedon and played some excellent
football winning a free kick from around 25yards. Allington
stepped up and smashed the bell into the bottom corner.
We continued to create chances fought hard to control
possestion. Well deserved three points. We have taken
7 out of a possible 9 points in our last three games
and the lads are working hard in training and in matches
to improve furthur.
