A draw was a fair reflection of a very even game, both sides
had chances and two fine saves from “Man of the Match,
Ross Stevens” ensured that Thrapston went in at half
time all-square.
Aztec went ahead early in the second half, taking advantage of poor defending
from Thrapston. However, the Thrapston heads didn’t drop and soon equalized
with Joe Wesby scoring his first goal of the season.
