Less than a minute in,
Tom broke away down the left & struck a hard shot
cross goal from the edge of the area & the ball bounced
over Hellenic’s very small keeper. Hellenic soon
got their equalizer, & then went 2-1 in front. At
half time the introduction of Fergus gave us more movement
in midfield, & a few minutes later he cut in from
the left across the front of the area to turn & shoot
a great shot to make it 2-2. The winning goal for Hellenic
was a shade lucky as it trickled across the line straight
from a last minute corner.
Excellent performances all
round yet again, & Dominic produced a fine tackling
display to earn man of the match.
