We had hardly taken our places on the side line when Aaron
Clipston opened the scoring for Thrapston Town. Shortly afterwards
“Man of the Match” for the second week in a row,
Henry Cade, made it 2-0. With Thrapston having most of the
possession in the first half the score should have been a
lot more at half time but some good saves from the Weekly
goalkeeper kept it at 2 -0.
Second half we were kicking up hill and although we had a
few chances no more goals were to come.
