A depleted Thrapston Blues failed to compete against an organized FC Aztec Warriors side despite Harley Boddington giving Blues an early lead.
After taking the lead Blues struggled to get out of their own half. Poor marking and half hearted tackling made the Warriors side grow in confidence as they equalized and then took the lead before the break.
The second half was much the same with only one real attempt on goal by Blues and it became 3-1 when a Warriors player was allowed to weave past a number of Blues players unchallenged before firing the ball into the net.
