It was a harsh lesson for the Yellow team who were defeated 2-0 by a much improved Desborough Town side. Last week Thrapston started brightly, this week Desborough started the better of the two sides. Ewan Cox made a great save from a free kick, Desborough reacted the quickest and scored. In the second half Thrapston went further behind to an unfortunate own goal, however one delightful passing move almost brought a goal from Daniel who narrowly put it wide.
