On a desperately cold Saturday morning both sets of players quickly got into their strides with much of the early play centered around the half way line. Weekley were then gifted an opportunity from a goal kick which they gratefully accepted and it was 1-0 to Weekley. This only served to spur the yellows on and after some great approach play, involving most of the team, Simon Glazebrook completed the move and scored a lovely, well worked goal. The yellows continued to play their best attacking football of the season whilst remaining resolute in defense with yellows continually thwarting every Weekley attack whilst constantly threatening more goals of their own with Simon, Harley and Luke all going close. All of the yellows played with great spirit and determination, possibly deserving more than they got. With the effort and commitment coupled with the much appreciated support of the parents, they continue to improve and impress each week. Well done to all
