Thrapston started well when George Groenland put us 1 – 0 up from a great shot from just outside the area which gave the Weekley keeper no chance.
However, Weekley soon equalized after some poor defending from Thrapston who left the Weekley players unmarked time and time again allowing them to score a further 2 goals. Thrapston never really looked comfortable in the second half and played some erratic football at times and were lucky the final score wasn’t a lot worse!
