Thrapston started like a greyhound from a trap and were 3 up after 11minutes with Man of the Match Luke Stevens scoring his fourth hat trick of the season. Dominating play, Thrapston played some superb football and worked hard to ensure Corby could not get back into the game. Just before half time, Matthew Smith headed home Thrapston’s fourth.
The second half was much the same as the first although Thrapston did concede two goals Luke Stevens went on to take his tally for the game to 5 and 14 for the season with Declan Ward and Connor Ryan opening their goal scoring accounts for the season with well taken goals (Connor you do have a left foot then !!??).
