Blinded by the autumn sun Thrapston Keeper George Firth was unable to stop Vic Farm taking the lead in a game full of grit and determination from both sides.
Twisting and turning Danny Smith slipped through Vic farms midfield to blast home from outside the 18 yards box to make it 1 -1 at half time.
Despite Vic Farm hitting the post from a penalty, Thrapston, the calmer of the two teams, kept the pressure on, Jordan Ward finding the net with 20 minutes to go to give the visitors all three points from a very physical game.
