Thrapston Town Blue’s came up against one of the best
teams in the league in their first match and unfortunately
lost 3-0. The Blues played well for the opening period apart
from two unsaveable goals from a very good Aztecs player.
Playing up the slope in the second half Thrapston tried to
get back in the game but were pegged back by another Aztec’s
goal. Everyone played well; it was just a very well drilled
team they came up against.
